EWT INTERNATIONAL DW52/ DW/54 500 KW WIND TURBINE

Direct Drive Technology - Manufactured by EWT International in the Netherlands and designed by Lagerwey Wind B.V, a world leading Dutch manufacturer and wind energy pioneer. The EWT DW52 / DW54 are superior 500KW wind turbines. The rotor of the turbine provides a direct drive to the synchronus generator without the requirement of a gearbox. The power generated by the turbine is fed back to the Grid via a full power back-to-back inverter that controls the output, making it much friendlier to the Grid than the older turbine designs.
