Whether a single wind turbine project of 500KW or a small wind farm, wind turbines present attractive sustainable rental incomes for landowners with suitable sites. In the case of agricultural sites, wind turbines take very little land, therefore farmers can continue grazing cattle and sheep or cultivating the land right up to the base of the turbines.
Our team will guide you through the process of deploying wind turbines at your site, there are no costs incurred by you and once we obtain planning consent the Wind Lease between our Landowner and Investor's company commences.
What we are looking for;
1. Brownfield or Industrial Land Sites: Sites of the above nature at exposed locations anywhere in the UK and Europe would be considered for wind turbine development.
2. Agricultural Land Sites: Poor grade agricultural land sites that are outside of any area of outstanding natural beauty or area of special scientific interest. Your land will be outside of a flood plain zone in an exposed location clear of any tall trees.
General Requirements:
Site must be an area of at least 10 hectares and must be at least 400m from the nearest residential dwelling.
Site must have good access via a roadway, track or hard standing to allow crane and articulated lorry access during construction.
We will carry out a desktop evaluation looking at the local planning policy guidelines and Grid connection options prior to undertaking a detailed technical assessment, confirming the viability of the project, making you a formal offering to lease the land and entering into our Standard Option Agreement.

Each project is owned by a Special Purpose Vehicle ("SPV"), set up to control and own the project or group of projects we develop for our investor. The rights to the Land Option Agreement for the project is assigned to that project SPV. The shares and ownership of the SPV is tranferred to the Investor by our solicitor prior to commencement of works and upon receipt of the pre-agreed developer fees.
Our Wind Lease guarantees the payment of rent to our landowner for the duration of its term by bank guarantee, providing an assured income to our Landowner for the next 26 years.
